Kebijakan Privasi

1. Peran Kami

Untuk data Pembeli yang berbelanja di sebuah toko, Merchant adalah pihak yang menjual dan melayani pesanan Anda, sedangkan Tokosusun menyediakan dan menjalankan sistemnya atas nama Merchant tersebut. Untuk data akun Merchant dan data yang diperoleh saat Merchant menghubungkan akun WhatsApp Business, Tokosusun bertindak sebagai penyedia teknologi (Tech Provider) di WhatsApp Business Platform milik Meta.

2. Data yang Kami Kumpulkan

Dari Pembeli:

• Identitas & kontak: nama, nomor telepon/WhatsApp, ID Telegram (jika login dengan Telegram), dan email (jika diberikan)
• Alamat pengiriman: alamat, tower/unit, catatan pengantaran, dan titik lokasi peta
• Lokasi perangkat (GPS): hanya jika Anda mengizinkannya di browser atau membagikan lokasi lewat WhatsApp, untuk menentukan toko terdekat dan jangkauan pengiriman
• Data pesanan: produk, jumlah, harga, catatan, status pesanan, dan riwayat transaksi
• Data pembayaran: metode dan status pembayaran. Kami tidak menyimpan nomor kartu atau kredensial e-wallet Anda; pembayaran diproses oleh penyedia pembayaran
• Komunikasi: pesan teks, gambar, dan media yang Anda kirim ke nomor WhatsApp toko atau bot kami
• Foto bukti pengantaran pesanan
• Data perangkat & penggunaan: alamat IP, jenis browser, halaman yang dibuka, cookie (lihat bagian 8), dan langganan notifikasi browser (Web Push) jika Anda mengaktifkannya

Dari Merchant:

• Nama pemilik, nomor telepon, email, dan data toko (nama, alamat, jam buka, produk, harga)
• Data rekening bank untuk pencairan hasil penjualan
• Data akun WhatsApp Business yang diperoleh dari Meta (lihat bagian 3)

3. Data dari Platform Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform)

Saat Merchant menghubungkan nomor WhatsApp-nya melalui alur Embedded Signup Meta dan memberikan izin, kami menerima dan menyimpan:

• ID WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), ID nomor telepon, nama tampilan, dan profil bisnis
• ID katalog dan data produk katalog, serta template pesan
• Token akses yang diberikan Meta, yang disimpan terenkripsi dan hanya dipakai server kami
• Pesan masuk/keluar dan status pengiriman (webhook) untuk nomor milik Merchant tersebut, termasuk nama profil dan nomor WhatsApp Pembeli yang menghubungi nomor itu

Data Platform Meta hanya kami gunakan untuk:

• Menerima dan membalas pesan pelanggan atas nama Merchant, termasuk balasan otomatis/asisten chat
• Menampilkan katalog, menerima pesanan, dan mengirim konfirmasi, tagihan pembayaran, serta update status pesanan dan pengiriman
• Menyinkronkan katalog dan pengaturan bisnis yang dikelola Merchant di dashboard kami
• Keamanan, pencegahan penyalahgunaan, dan dukungan teknis

Kami tidak menjual Data Platform Meta, tidak memberikannya kepada data broker atau jaringan iklan, dan tidak menggunakannya untuk membangun profil pengguna di luar layanan Merchant yang bersangkutan. Data satu Merchant tidak dapat diakses oleh Merchant lain.

Merchant dapat mencabut akses Tokosusun kapan saja melalui Meta Business Settings (Integrasi Bisnis / Mitra) atau dengan menghubungi kami. Setelah dicabut, kami tidak lagi dapat mengakses akun WhatsApp Business tersebut, dan Merchant dapat meminta penghapusan data terkait sesuai bagian 10.

4. Penggunaan Data

• Membuat akun dan login tanpa password (melalui WhatsApp atau Telegram)
• Memproses pesanan, pembayaran, pengiriman, pembatalan, dan pengembalian dana
• Mengirim notifikasi pesanan melalui WhatsApp, Telegram, atau notifikasi browser
• Menampilkan toko terdekat dan menghitung ongkos kirim
• Memberikan layanan pelanggan, termasuk asisten chat berbasis AI (lihat bagian 5)
• Menghitung dan mencairkan pendapatan Merchant
• Mengukur efektivitas iklan Merchant (lihat bagian 8)
• Menjaga keamanan, mencegah penipuan, dan memenuhi kewajiban hukum

5. Asisten Chat dan Pemrosesan AI

Sebagian pesan WhatsApp yang dikirim ke nomor toko dapat dijawab otomatis oleh asisten chat. Untuk itu, isi pesan dan informasi pesanan yang relevan dikirim ke penyedia model AI (OpenAI dan Google Gemini) agar balasan dapat dibuat. Teknologi yang sama juga digunakan untuk menerjemahkan deskripsi produk dan membaca foto (misalnya foto bukti pengantaran). Merchant dapat mengalihkan percakapan ke staf manusia kapan saja.

6. Pihak yang Menerima Data

Kami hanya membagikan data seperlunya kepada:

• Merchant tempat Anda berbelanja, untuk menyiapkan dan mengantar pesanan
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Pixel/Conversions API)
• Penyedia pembayaran: Midtrans (QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, dan pencairan dana Merchant)
• Mitra pengiriman: GoSend, Grab Express, Biteship, PopBox, serta kurir toko, yang menerima nama, nomor telepon, dan alamat pengiriman
• Telegram, untuk login dan notifikasi pesanan kepada Pembeli, Merchant, dan kurir
• Penyedia AI: OpenAI dan Google (lihat bagian 5)
• Penyedia infrastruktur: DigitalOcean (server, database, penyimpanan file) dan Cloudflare (jaringan dan keamanan)
• Instansi berwenang, bila diwajibkan oleh hukum

Kami tidak menjual atau menyewakan data pribadi Anda kepada siapa pun.

7. Penyimpanan, Keamanan, dan Retensi

• Data disimpan di server penyedia cloud yang dapat berlokasi di luar Indonesia (termasuk Singapura) dengan perlindungan yang wajar
• Koneksi dienkripsi (HTTPS/TLS); token akses dan kredensial disimpan terenkripsi; akses dibatasi per toko dan per peran
• Riwayat chat WhatsApp disimpan sesuai masa simpan yang diatur Merchant, lalu dihapus otomatis
• Salinan publik foto bukti pengantaran dihapus otomatis dua hari setelah diunggah
• Data pesanan dan transaksi disimpan selama akun aktif dan selama diperlukan untuk kewajiban hukum, pajak, dan penyelesaian sengketa

8. Cookie dan Pelacakan

Website kami menggunakan cookie untuk menjaga sesi login, keranjang belanja, pilihan toko/bahasa, dan keamanan. Sebagian website toko memasang Meta Pixel dan Conversions API milik Merchant untuk mengukur iklan; data yang dikirim ke Meta berupa peristiwa (misalnya melihat produk, menambah ke keranjang, pembelian) dan pengenal yang di-hash (SHA-256) seperti nomor telepon atau email. Google Analytics dapat digunakan di website ini untuk statistik kunjungan.

Anda dapat menghapus atau memblokir cookie melalui pengaturan browser, dan mengelola preferensi iklan di pengaturan akun Facebook/Instagram Anda.

9. Hak Anda

Sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Anda berhak:

• Mengakses dan memperoleh salinan data pribadi Anda
• Memperbaiki data yang tidak akurat
• Meminta penghapusan data pribadi Anda
• Menarik persetujuan, misalnya izin lokasi atau notifikasi browser, kapan saja melalui pengaturan perangkat
• Berhenti menerima pesan WhatsApp dari kami atau dari toko dengan menghubungi kami atau toko tersebut

10. Penghapusan Data

Untuk meminta penghapusan data, ikuti petunjuk di halaman tokosusun.com/data-deletion atau kirim email ke [email protected] dengan subjek “Permintaan Hapus Data”. Permintaan diproses dalam 7–14 hari kerja. Data yang wajib kami simpan menurut hukum (misalnya catatan transaksi) akan dihapus setelah masa wajib simpannya berakhir.

11. Anak-anak

Layanan kami tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 18 tahun tanpa persetujuan orang tua atau wali. Jika Anda mengetahui ada data anak yang kami simpan tanpa persetujuan tersebut, hubungi kami agar dapat kami hapus.

12. Perubahan Kebijakan

Kami dapat memperbarui kebijakan ini sewaktu-waktu. Tanggal pembaruan terakhir tercantum di atas, dan perubahan penting akan kami umumkan melalui website atau WhatsApp.

1. Our Role

For Buyer data at a particular shop, the Merchant sells to and serves you, while Tokosusun provides and operates the system on that Merchant’s behalf. For Merchant account data and data obtained when a Merchant connects a WhatsApp Business account, Tokosusun acts as a Tech Provider on Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Data We Collect

From Buyers:

• Identity & contact: name, phone/WhatsApp number, Telegram ID (when signing in with Telegram), and email (if provided)
• Delivery address: address, tower/unit, delivery notes, and map location
• Device location (GPS): only if you allow it in your browser or share a location via WhatsApp, to find the nearest shop and check delivery coverage
• Order data: products, quantities, prices, notes, order status, and transaction history
• Payment data: payment method and status. We do not store card numbers or e-wallet credentials; payments are processed by payment providers
• Communications: text, images, and media you send to a shop’s WhatsApp number or our bots
• Proof-of-delivery photos
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, cookies (see section 8), and browser push subscriptions (Web Push) if you enable them

From Merchants:

• Owner name, phone number, email, and shop data (name, address, opening hours, products, prices)
• Bank account details for payouts
• WhatsApp Business account data obtained from Meta (see section 3)

3. Data from the Meta Platform (WhatsApp Business Platform)

When a Merchant connects their WhatsApp number through Meta’s Embedded Signup flow and grants permission, we receive and store:

• WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, phone number ID, display name, and business profile
• Catalog ID and catalog product data, and message templates
• The access token issued by Meta, stored encrypted and used only by our servers
• Inbound/outbound messages and delivery status webhooks for that Merchant’s number, including the profile name and WhatsApp number of Buyers who message that number

We use Meta Platform Data only to:

• Receive and reply to customer messages on the Merchant’s behalf, including automated replies/chat assistant
• Show the catalog, take orders, and send confirmations, payment requests, and order and delivery status updates
• Sync the catalog and business settings the Merchant manages in our dashboard
• Security, abuse prevention, and technical support

We do not sell Meta Platform Data, do not give it to data brokers or ad networks, and do not use it to build user profiles outside the relevant Merchant’s service. One Merchant’s data is never accessible to another Merchant.

Merchants can revoke Tokosusun’s access at any time in Meta Business Settings (Business Integrations / Partners) or by contacting us. Once revoked, we can no longer access that WhatsApp Business account, and the Merchant can request deletion of related data as described in section 10.

4. How We Use Data

• Creating accounts and passwordless sign-in (via WhatsApp or Telegram)
• Processing orders, payments, deliveries, cancellations, and refunds
• Sending order notifications via WhatsApp, Telegram, or browser notifications
• Showing the nearest shop and calculating delivery fees
• Customer support, including an AI chat assistant (see section 5)
• Calculating and paying out Merchant earnings
• Measuring the effectiveness of Merchants’ ads (see section 8)
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance

5. Chat Assistant and AI Processing

Some WhatsApp messages sent to a shop’s number may be answered automatically by a chat assistant. To do this, the message content and relevant order information are sent to AI model providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate a reply. The same technology is used to translate product descriptions and read photos (for example proof-of-delivery photos). Merchants can hand a conversation over to a human at any time.

6. Who Receives Data

We share data only as needed with:

• The Merchant you order from, to prepare and deliver your order
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Pixel/Conversions API)
• Payment providers: Midtrans (QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, and Merchant payouts)
• Delivery partners: GoSend, Grab Express, Biteship, PopBox, and shop couriers, who receive the name, phone number, and delivery address
• Telegram, for sign-in and order notifications to Buyers, Merchants, and couriers
• AI providers: OpenAI and Google (see section 5)
• Infrastructure providers: DigitalOcean (servers, database, file storage) and Cloudflare (network and security)
• Authorities, when required by law

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

7. Storage, Security, and Retention

• Data is stored with cloud providers whose servers may be located outside Indonesia (including Singapore), with reasonable safeguards
• Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted; access is restricted per shop and per role
• WhatsApp chat history is kept for the retention period set by the Merchant and then deleted automatically
• Public copies of proof-of-delivery photos are deleted automatically two days after upload
• Order and transaction data is kept while the account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our websites use cookies to keep you signed in, keep your cart, remember your shop and language choice, and for security. Some store websites run the Merchant’s Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ads; the data sent to Meta consists of events (such as viewing a product, adding to cart, purchasing) and hashed (SHA-256) identifiers such as phone number or email. Google Analytics may be used on this website for visit statistics.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram account settings.

9. Your Rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent, such as location or browser notification permission, at any time in your device settings
• Stop receiving WhatsApp messages from us or from a shop by contacting us or that shop

10. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, follow the instructions at tokosusun.com/data-deletion or email [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Requests are processed within 7–14 business days. Data we are legally required to keep (such as transaction records) will be deleted once that retention period ends.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we hold a child’s data without such consent, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The last-updated date is shown above, and we will announce material changes on our website or via WhatsApp.
